For any of you that might have questions for the authors of the Game of Shadows book I will be talking to at least one of them next Tuesday. Feel free to add something fellow rxers. I am only getting ten minutes and want to make it the best I can.

Did he try to get into contact with any ex/current teammates of Bonds.

Forgive me if he did and I missed that in the excerpts.

Thanks. I have a question about what others have said but will include teammates for sure.

I will be talking to Lance Russell one of the two from the San Francisco Chronicle. I am getting ten minutes and will make every question worthwhile.

Chris, we talked about this before. I'd love to be in your position because everything I have read about these guys reeks of turd. I would like to read the book first, so all I have to go on is what these guys say on TV and radio.

Please ask the authors if they will name more reliable sources than Bonds ex-mistress. In fact, if the discussion goes to her, see if you can steer them in another direction. I have seen or heard them interviewed at least five times now and they spend more time reporting on what they were told by Bond's mistress than anyone else.

Also, Conte recently denied that he was a source and said he only gave the steroids to Bonds trainer. Ask specifically if Conte was a source as someone who saw Bonds inject steroids or knowingly take something he knew to be steroids. Griffey also denied ever saying he heard bonds talk about steroids also.

I think we agreed before that there is plenty of evidence. I will not read the book unless I hear that players, trainers, other athletes, are sources, not his ex-mistress or two reporters and their interpretation of roid rage. that is not fact. I sure hope there are more reliable sources in the book than Bond's mistress, that's for sure.

Kimberly Bell is her name. She was gonna write a book. I am not sure if she choose to just put her name in this book, but it seems interesting that she gave them all that information for probably almost nothing if she is a center point.

They might not be able to discuss it. But ask if Bonds has taken any legal action againt them...saying their book is a bunch of lies.

Also ask how they got the documents they talk aobut...like Bond's grand jury testamony and all the documents from the BALCO investigation.

Hey guys. I got my review copy of the book today. Four days before the release. Not bad.

With the book came a folder with probably 50 pages of information for the book. I will look through them, but I surely have enough information here. Gonna try to read the whole book in the next six days.

Hi guys. I just finished the book. It is only about 20 percent accounts from Kim Bell. There is a lot of legal evidence from the grand jury testimony and other things in the book. It's not one sided and was a very enjoyable read, but you have to do a lot of thinking to enjoy it. I think as it's not the easiest of reads, but well worth buying. I have all my questions for the interview on Tuesday. I took about four to five questions from the book.

After reading the book-any doubt that he was on the needle?

GL Chris, sure as hell seems like you're doing a damn good job of getting yourself the right contacts.

Documents with the Balco Lab. The book even notes when Gary Sheffield and bonds trained that he saw him rub on the cream. I am going to ask where that information come.

I have numerous publishers with sports books, teams, TV organizations on my side, but I work hard. You can see my archives at thesportsinterview.com.

Lots of good stuff there.
