Recently rented a Hertz car equipped with a GPS navigation system. Kids loved it and I thought it would be useful for the wife and I. Anyone have one on their car and how useful is it if you do a lot of driving ? Specifically I started looking at some Magellan systems.

very useful if you drive alot. i use a combination of map tools including GPS and Mapquest as well as a good old fashioned Map which most people can't read which blows my mind. Old map reading will be extinct within 10 years.
