Just requested a payout from Rio via check...was told "we are not currently processing checks, we are in the preocess of changing banks". However, she immediately suggested alternate payment methods, so (apparently) there is no cash flow problem. Anyone else have a similar experience and/or insight into this?

grnmax is correct. The ability to withdraw using checks is presently unavailable, but clients may withdraw using the method they originally selected to deposit funds. For more information on available methods, simply contact our Customer Care department toll free at 1-888-759-2665. Thank you.

Thanks for the post. I've never had anything but an A+ experience there and I didn't think there was a problem, but it never hurts to ask around. Thanks again
