Nickel baseball lines. Oh those were the days. Funny when you think about it, people bitched about how you could only bet a dime into those nickel lines and then called Barbary a bunch of pussies for it. Imagine someone today calling a book weak for only taking a dime on such a great value to the player? I mean you could bet up to the first pitch on games with almost zero edge for the house and people bitched. Gamblers are sometimes the worst.

I miss the plus 100 % payback 9/6 Jacks or better at the Barbary Coast Bar. The 9/6 game paid $ 1199. plus a $ 50 coupon given to you when you checked in. Add to this the easy comps for Dinners and cash paybacks etc. I didn't pay for a room there for over 10 years and sometimes during March madness I stayed there for 6 days straight. I got comped at Michaels several times which in my opinion is the finest in Vegas. When Linda Lewis left... So did all the Comps.
