I went to skybook to reload for their 50% freeplay offer. On live chat, I found out that I have to basically deposit the xxx amount of dollars I have withdrawn recently to receive any kind of bonus. I obviously met all rollover requirements on other bonuses to make the withdrawals. Is this common?

Yes, this is common. Even if you're down to the book over your lifetime they would view what you're doing as asking for a bonus for simply withdrawing and redepositing money.

Yes, Most the books that I use do have that policy. Their explanation is that a client can by withdrawing their winnings then redepositing for bonus- you are strictly playing on bonus money only -

It kind of makes sense - they cant stay in business by giving me money and me either winning more on their money or just losing their money back to them

The rollover requirements pretty much take care of that. I take it as a compliment, they don't want my business.
