Read on another forum that a few books are paying 7-1 for a three team parlay. I think the guy just made it up, but just in case wanted to ask here.
Has anyone come across such a payout?

Perhaps they meant 7 FOR 1 instead of TO?

That's my only guess.

No he isn't........as there are at least a couple shops that offer 7 TO 1 on 3-team parlays.

Other than for Bonus Play purposes, why would I make a wager that has a built in 12.5% edge? I'm assuming these parlays are at -110.

Former book BCN had it, and one other shop I knew of but never tried... maybe First Fidelity.

Actually, the 3 team parlay at 6-1 is a lower vig bet than playing 3 teams consecutively at -110, which equals a 5.97-1 payoff.

I know that Payoffs +, a Fidelity subsidy has higher payouts for teasers and parlays. Not quite sure what they are though. Will check it out!

Not bad.

A payout of 7 to 1 is the TRUE ODDS. There is no juice at all at that payout. I can see a book offering those odds as a promotion but not as a regular thing. If they did it would be wise to bet nothing but 3 team parlays. Even the 14 - 5 and 6.5 to 1 have LESS JUICE than an 11/10 straight bet. Of course now it is fairly easy to get better than 11/10 odds on a regular basis. JMHO
