Anyone else's stomach drop when they call customer service and hear someone with an Indian sounding voice on the other end? I swear to god, none of them have EVER helped me solve a problem. As soon as i am directed to someone who speaks english, problem solved.

So what are these Indians speaking, Hindi? No wonder you've never gotten any help from them.

You're talking to the wrong ones then, my experiences have been just fine.

It's hit or miss. Most of the outsourced CS reps are adequette, but every once in a while I get some guy that doesn't speak understandable English. NOTHING, I mean NOTHING, pisses me off more than having to go on hold, get stuck with some guy that I can't understand and having to recall and get put back on hold.

Understand your point PT.
