Do you have any other interest gambling on anything other than sports?

Going to the casino tomorrow with 1k. First trip in couple of years. Will spend about 5 hours there and probably play some blackjack (around $50 a hand). Really don't care to go, just something to do. Why is it that I have no interest in other forms of gambling. Do like playing the ponies just not sure if that fits in under betting sports.

Other than sports you cannot win over any extended period of time so I'll answer NO.

I've tried my hand at blackjack, roulette, craps and poker...it just doesn't do it for me...college football and college basketball are it for me...

Jai Alai. Most people do not consider it a sport, but it is. I guess I will say a little poker now and then. Really do not gamble much on other stuff.

I am really into greyhound racing. I am going to invest in 3 dogs for the first time next week. Should be fun.

VIDEO POKER is my #1 love.........followed by SPORTSBETTING, SLOTS, LIVE POKER, and BLACKJACK.

CRAPS, BACARRAT, and LET IT RIDE too, but to a MUCH lesser degree because it is basically not a winning propostion longterm(without some type of promo).

Jai Alai has as much credibility as the Super Bowl officiating and Big Dance officiating of late.

Fixed matches are very common.

If you dont care to go, why are you taking a chance at throwing away $1K? At $50 a hand, you will likely just do that.

Apparently you're not counting, just going for the entertainment value. Why not play between $10-$30 a hand or so, bumping when you win. At $50 a hand, you may not last 5 hours with only 1K

Backgammon is a great game to wager on. You primarily wager on yourself although there are forms of the game where you effectively wager on any of several players (chouette).

...and if your basic strategy is rusty you might find the craps table cheaper and more entertaining. Play pass line and full odds. If you get 3,4,5, odds then $10 pass and $30, $40, $50 odds isn't giving the house as much as the blackjack game.

BTW I play poker, rarely blackjack and craps for entertainment.
