The college game was awesome, and loaded with talent and incredible teams. The depletion of the game today is due, in large part, to early entry or skipping college to go to the NBA.
There is no way that either of these two would even be a thought for the Naismith Award.
I respect both guys game. Reddick is one of the best pure shooters I have ever seen, and Morrison is a great scorer (enough of the Bird comps, its ridiculous).
