Anyone heard about this rule on a Soccer bet?

Hi,

If the Soccer Match is Postponed, you have to wait 48 Hours before your bet is voided and the money credited to your account.

Something new to me. Never heard of it.

It's a fairly standard rule at Betfair, and some UK books, not sure whether the Island books have it...

In some countries games are often postponed from Sat or Sun to Mon if they need to get them in.

Yes, I'm aware after I Played a 6 Teamer on Friday.
I Hit 5 of Them.

PHP:

I was PostPoned.
I was hoping for a PUSH/CANCEL on that 6th team.
Nope..called The Book...Told me what you just Posted.
They Played Saturday.
My Team Ties 1-1.
I LOST!

Man, you got a bad deal.

The customer service rep. told me not to worry because it's like money in the bank. I told him, good, so if I lose it don't matter because I can withdrawal my money at the teller. The guy cut the conversation short. Good Bye.

TIES & PostPoned Games Have Killed Me in Soccer......

I had never really paid attention to --DRAW-- in Soccer, b/c not all Games have -DRAW- as an option.

Here Lately, I've Payed Closer Attention as I've Now Lost 6...Nice Size Parlays, due To TIES!

PostPoned Games, like The One Friday, that was played Saturday and ended in a TIE Hurt Too!

Do they consider next day play as action? If so, that could explain the 48 hr rule.

As far as I'm concerned, there's only one rule in soccer-If I take a side, it ends up a f'ing tie. I swear I'm shooting 20% on betting soccer......
