I get great deals there. Takes time to search and wait to win, but you can save big bucks. I bought 800 watt Sears microwave for
<TABLE cellSpacing=4 cellPadding=1 width="100%"><TBODY><TR><TD vAlign=center noWrap align=left width="25%">Winning bid:</TD><TD noWrap width="35%">US $1.25

</TD></TR></TBODY></TABLE>
I did have to pay 33 for shipping but this sells at Sears for over 125$.
Last year I got this nasa foam bed. http://www.tempurpedic.com/ sells bed system for 2 grand. Think about it, you just need the top, not the whole system. I got queen topper for 100 last year. The only problem is bed is to freaking comfortable and its tough to leave.

I got this tip in an email that is great. Lots of people misspell when they list and dont get hits. Right now I am bidding on stereo spelled stero.(Not sure why color in rest of post)
Using this tool http://searchspell.com/typo/ got me a list of
<META content="<a href=" name=keywords http: target="_blank" search?q='stereo"' www.google.com>stereo, <A href="http://www.google.com/search?q=storeo" target=_blank>storeo, <A href="http://www.google.com/search?q=stureo" target=_blank>stureo, <A href="http://www.google.com/search?q=stearo" target=_blank>stearo, <A href="http://www.google.com/search?q=steleo" target=_blank>steleo, <A href="http://www.google.com/search?q=stere" target=_blank>stere, <A href="http://www.google.com/search?q=store" target=_blank>store, <A href="http://www.google.com/search?q=sture" target=_blank>sture, <A href="http://www.google.com/search?q=stear" target=_blank>stear, <A href="http://www.google.com/search?q=stele" target=_blank>stele, <A href="http://www.google.com/search?q=steroe" target=_blank>steroe, <A href="http://www.google.com/search?q=steero" target=_blank>steero, <A href="http://www.google.com/search?q=streeo" target=_blank>streeo, <A href="http://www.google.com/search?q=setreo" target=_blank>setreo, <A href="http://www.google.com/search?q=tsereo" target=_blank>tsereo, <A href="http://www.google.com/search?q=stero" target=_blank>stero, <A href="http://www.google.com/search?q=steeo" target=_blank>steeo, <A href="http://www.google.com/search?q=streo" target=_blank>streo, <A href="http://www.google.com/search?q=sereo" target=_blank>sereo, <A href="http://www.google.com/search?q=tereo" target=_blank>tereo">

Put in search of this form (stureo, steroe, stero, steerio, steereo). I made up the last two and make sure you use ( ) and click search title and description.

Last key is to use a sniping service. This vital and esp if you have dial up.
This is the one I am going to use.

eSnipe places bids for you during the last few seconds of the auction, a practice known as "sniping" in the online auction world. eSnipe reduces bidding wars by masking interest in auction items until the last possible moment. Because auctions on eBay take three to 10 days to close, emotional overbidding can start soon after the auction opens and last until the auction closes, instead of mere minutes as is the case in traditional offline or "outcry" auctions.

eSnipe protects bidders' privacy. For example, eSnipe is popular among buyers of collectibles, who treasure the anonymity it brings them. Even on the Web, news travels fast in communities of collectors, who prefer to avoid triggering interest in an item by bidding on it too early.

eSnipe allows users to place bids when it's convenient for them. Overseas users, for example, do not have to stay up to the middle of the night just to place a bid. Other users like eSnipe because it allows bids to be "canceled" up until five minutes before the auction close, whereas eBay's terms of agreement treat any bid placement as a contract to buy.

New users are allowed unlimited use of eSnipe for a period of 2 weeks. Starting 2 weeks from the time you join, any new bids placed will be subject to auction fees (BidPoint charges). For pricing information:

Good luck.

I used to buy a lot of my music equipment off of ebay and I love sniping. It's borderline addicting screwing someone over at the last second.

No reason to use ESNIPE guys when there are about 3 other pieces of freeware on the market which do the EXACT same thing if not better. It really is free on the net, no reason to pay for it
