I was wanting to use my friends neteller account to register at some places taking advantage of some bonuses and stuff...do you think they will notice matching IPs when I log in with my own account? and is that not allowed? thanks

YES they do..

If your friend is a player and has used that account for gambling at the same book you want to use you WILL have problems.

That is not allowed. I did that with my brother not knowing about
the rules like 4 years ago and the sportsbook put a hold on both
accounts saying that it was a duplicate. So stay away from that
scene. It is a scene. And I dont like scenes!

What up Wil!

one solution

one potential solution is to find an ISP who uses a proxy server, such as AOL.

IP, is an issue, but more so the neteller,no way a book will let you use the same neteller account on seperate accounts(especially if any bonuses or limit betting is done).
