I'm sure somewhere out there one person had all four, with the millions of brackets filled out and those who don't follow it closely...

Did anyone around here have 2-3 of these teams in the final four?

my wife knows nothing about college basketball, she can't stand it.

She has Florida winning it all and Lsu in the final four. And she still needs Florida to win both games and lsu to beat ucla to win the pool.

Funny shit - she picked Fla cause it's been very cold here and she'd rather be in Fla.:thumbsup2:

I had 2, UCLA and Florida. I am in a BoS Elite 8 contest for 3 grand 1st prize and 1500 2nd. I now need LSU to beat UCLA in order to have a chance to win 1st o second. I would be tied with someone if this takes place and I have 153 points scored in the finals as opposed to his 149. That will determine who wins first if LSU wins next Saturday!

How many people do you think actually had George Mason in the final four? Probably a few die hard fans, but there is no way they also had LSU. I seriously doubt anyone had all 4.

4 out of 3 million + in the ESPN bracket contest have the complete final 4.
Also someone posted last night that one person bought GMASON at 300-1 for $20 ticket.

Tournament Challenge by the numbers

</TD></TR><TR><TD width=134>Meet Tony Skinn of the GMU Bracket Busters</TD></TR></TBODY></TABLE>The Final Four looks nothing like the users of ESPN.com's Tournament Challenge predicted.
More than 1.5 million people participated and of the more than 3 million entries submitted only four -- that's right, four -- picked a Final Four including Florida, George Mason, LSU and UCLA before the tournament started. Over 66 percent of entries had none of the Final Four teams correct and better than 29 percent had exactly two teams correct.
As you probably guessed, George Mason is the team that busted the most brackets. The Patriots were picked in 1,853 entries to make the Final Four, with only 677 putting them in the championship game and only 284 predicting George Mason winning the national championship. UCLA, on the other hand, got the most support -- more than 24 percent of all entries have the Bruins advancing to Indianapolis.
Users also paid dearly for pinning their hopes on the No. 1 seeds. Only 7 percent predicted a Final Four with none of the top seeds and just over 13 percent had a Final Four that did not include both Duke and Connecticut.
More interesting bracket tidbits from ESPN.com's Tournament Challenge.

Entries with one Final Four team left: 30%
Entries with three Final Four teams left: 0.1%

Entries with Florida in the Final Four: 11%
Entries with Florida winning it all: 1%
Entries with LSU in the Final Four: 5%
Entries with LSU winning it all: .4%
Entries with UCLA winning it all: 2%
Entries without Duke in the Final Four: 37%
Entries without UConn in the Final Four: 31%

I did 33 different pools this year, and have LSU winning in one, UCLA winning in 2 and FLorida winning in 2. I am rooting for an LSU vs GM final game. The most I can win this year is either if LSU wins it all or if LSU wins and GM wins, either way I want LSU to take it to the house. My brackets with UCLA and Florida winning really have very slim shots at placing in any of the pools I entered, but you never know it may come down to a tie-breaker. I do not think I had one entry with more then 2 final four teams in it. good job to those who had 3!

Have Ucla and Lsu in my bracket however I had villanova beating Ucla in the final. I was in a pool with 488 people at $25 a sheet with the winner taking 65%. No longer in the running after nova lost yesterday.

P.S. I do have UCLA at 40/1 at pinny.

my final four was duke, uconn, pitt and villanova. however, there is a guy in the pool here at work who has florida and ucla, with florida winning it all. he will get the money no matter what.

Absolute true story from this morning

Guy at work's 6 year old daughter has George Mason to win it all cause she liked the 'fuzzy green mascot' as well UCLA and Florida in the final four cause her Aunt lives in Florida and thinks all actresses went to UCLA.

Unreal

For what it's worth:

I run the pool in my office and out of 78 entries we had just 2 people get two teams correct (both LSU and UCLA), 18 people had one (none were George Mason) and the rest were shut out.........
