Betus / Omni Latest complaints (across street)

Here is just the latest scams by this shit/con book. These are two separate incidents. Seems they are classifying all winners as non recreational.

The player states he has met his bonus roll-over requirement and has already received one withdrawal since his last deposit. See full complaint.

The player completed his six time roll-over on a 50% free-play bonus and asked for a payout. BetUs tells the player that he is classified as a professional bettor and must wager his deposit + bonus amount an additional six times. The player states that he is in need of his funds and must give up the earned funds if the book will not honor its listed terms. The new stipulations would require the account holder to wager as much as $25,000 (BetUs uses the smaller of the risk/win amount to calculate bonuses) prior to being allowed to withdraw. The player was awarded the bonus funds for reloading his account.
This complaint was submitted three days after SBR received a similar complaint from BetUs sister book, Omni Sports(SBR rating D+).

Two brothers who are crooks to the core of their being running a sportsbook that steals back bonuses when you win. Stay away from BetUS.

I got more stories on these pathetic individuals than stories from the Naked City.....I will be at the bash and expose these crooked scumbags.

Sounds a bit odd to me. We recently had a player approach us for a similar issue (non recreational bonuses). We contacted BetUS and they fixed the problem in a matter of a couple of hours.

Not implying the reports are not true, since we received the same kind of complaint. Just saying that we got it solved in a timely fashion to player's satisfaction.

Shack why are you writing up about BETUS/Omni when you are dealing with Royal?

So posters pull funds from BetUS/Omni and sign up at Royal?

Well Boberto, if I cross that bridge I may have use for you after all. Some members swear by you on that arena. Good job. Any book that has Omni somewhere I have to try. If they jerk me around, I may have to inform the board. So far so good. Great 50% Bonus Play bonus. I am betting against the steam and horses. If they jerk me around they will have no excuses. Going to take 10,000 loyalty points to get my desired Betus polo fishing shirt. CRIS's was better until they consficated my points and kicked me to the curb. I think they had a different definition of loyalty than me. But I had to get some fresh ponds and I will tell you straight how they treat me.
