I think I could survive if someone sent me a harassing pm one day. Perhaps psychological counseling would be necessary.
After years of being on forums with pm's, I've never been approached by a tout, and I've never received one harassing pm.
These are bogus reasons.
I've already noted my opinion in another thread - I am pro pm's.
It's a great feature, and I vote for it.
