Is Nine.com a Sportsbook, or a deposit only shop? WTF?

As you can witness, I am new to this site. In general, I am new to betting offshore. Well, let me rephrase that, fairly new. I have tried a few advertiser's here, ex. Pinnacle sports, CRIS, Greek, and Hollywood.

I made the mistake of trying Nine, I guess. Does anyone else have constant line changes on them? And the real kicker is, when you play a wager, a screen appears, as if they are reviewing your wager. Then, they decide to accept it, decline it, or change the line on you(this process takes 2-3 mins).

Anyone else have experience with this "DEPOSIT ONLY" SHOP?

Do a search of nine.com. Someone starts a thread regarding them at least once a month. In deference to the mods, that is as objective as I can sound.

I feel like Navin Johnson, this is shit, shinola, and stepping right into the steaming pile. Oh well, so far so good for me. Only one change on the lengthy wait, I could be denied 6 times at Pinny in the same time.
