The FROG court of RX.com has rendered a multiple count indictment towards David1, aka, Royalbasher, aka, Black Magic.
Count #1. Lying to the entire forum. This individual lied to the entire forum when asked, did you make those bets? He joined our illustrious membership to advance his petty scam, nothing more.
Count #2. Lying to those who tried to help him. Again, but even worse, these guys stuck their necks out to retrieve funds that were said not to be bet. When the tapes were temporarily provided, it was obvious they were keeping him on the property, and David1 fell for the ploy, became desperate and lost it all, legit. This was disputed, which required a lie detector test, not even paid for by David1. He lied about everything except his name. He has even crossed that threshold with the all of the new aliases.
Count #3. Damaging every legit bettors beefs. Now any claim made against any book is viewed upon with skepticism, because of lying David1. Just some lying loser again. That would fall under defamation of all the legit members characters.
Count #4. Blackmail and extortion. So he has graduated from petty unsuccessful scammer to outright thief. No, that is not correct, lying blackmailer. With an agenda driven all this time, he finally drops the bomb. Ok Richard buddy, I will bring you a sheep exactly like me, a loser who never withdraws, obviously Royal's ideal customer, and I will cease and desist from attacking you on every forum known to mankind. For a slight fee of a $5,000 account.
You know, I hate to say I told you so guys, but this individual is despicable. I for one find him a disgrace and a person who lacks any integrity or ethics. Is this someone you want at our forum? Is he one of us? How can you find it debatable to eject this flotsam? Because he warns people about Royal? Well I can think of 10 credible posters who do not have his lying sack of shit rep. Next, half if not more of the shit he just makes up against Royal, which is worse than saying nothing. No matter how hard he tries, he ends up making Royal look good. By keeping him around you are effectively endorsing his behavior. His posts lower the credibility of the entire site. By lowering membership to his standards is an ongoing embarrassment for all involved. I for one cannot idly stand by and hope it works out any longer. Thus my banishment conclusion. It would be best for all concerned if he, is multiple alisas, any and all ip's just be shutdown. Maybe I am a bit too hard core, that would be nothing new for me, but just listen to the message, not who wrote it.
