Well I guess it depends on who you're bringing.

If you've got kids, then Disney and Epcot are a must. Both have fun rides even adults would like.

I've always been a fan of Islands of Adventure. If you like roller coasters that is the place.

I would say those three are a must.

I like Epcot.

For Disney, you need to research which passes and plans are right for you. Lots of different plans and options, and it's not especially cheap. Plan on 40-50 bucks a day per person for tickets.

I was in Orlando a couple weeks ago, I should have called you, Vanzack. :nohead:

Anyway, I was with a large group and rented a huge villa in Kissimmee (Crescent Lakes) for a week. A good way to go if you have a large (I'd say 8+) group. We only did the Disney parks. Universal Studios and Kenney Space Center are good ones too.

Wish you would have...

Sea world is also very good.

Just got back from Disney daddy.

Been there twice.

Heres what I would do. I assume you have kids.

1. Make Magic Kingdom your priority stop in Disney.
2. Skip Animal Kingdom. I could get better in a zoo. It sucks.
3. Skip the water parks.
4. Epcot is very interesting and has good food. If you drink, its an excuse to try out all the different beers. Epcot is personally my favorite place.
5. MGM is the place to go for good rides. Has good shows also. Magic Kingdom has some pretty good rides also. At MGM...try the rocking rollercoaster by Aerosmith. Loved that one.

If you play golf. The disney resort has some great courses.

4 or 5 days is plenty of time to have a good time.

Park Hopper passes are the way to go. Allows you to go in and out of any park as much as you want.

Don't stay at any of the hotels\resorts on Disney property unless you're ready to feel like a stunt butt in Deliverance.

I (semi accidentally) ordered an $80 dinner via room service there-and it wasn't anything special.

Highdaddy - you will want to go to downtown orlando at night for bars etc.

Stores are everywhere. Outlets, malls etc. You cant miss them.

Blizzard Beach is the cheapest fun day you can have.

You can actually pack your own cooler with food and drinks. You set up your stuff in a shady area and leave it.

Their are about 10 water rides that you can try.

We live 1 hour from there and have gone atleast 1 time a year for the past 3 years.

Costs about 1/2 as much as Disney or the other amusement parks and you get on the rides much faster. And you dont spend 100 bucks on shitty food.

Kids from the age of 6 to 16 would love it.

OH, Just read where you are not bringing kids.

If its just you , I recommend coming to Cocoa Beach and hitting Teasers and the Inner Room. Plenty of fun rides in either place....
