Some sites show a fee when depositing, seems about 4%, Peer to peer is 1.9 % ? What's the difference to NT ?

How do places like Mansion, Canbet, SIA, Bet$3.65, etc afford daily free payouts ? Do they get charged on both ends ?

Very good question and one that I cannot personally answer.

Absolutely...but it varies from book to book.

The smaller books get drilled on the percentage.

Not all merchants are charged the same fee. The lower the volume, the more likely the book will be charged the (steep) standard fee as Clip correctly mentioned.

Larger operations have very low fees, either on percentage or flat.

InstaCash has pricey fees as well.
