I've heard it dozens of times, so I believe it. What I notice for H2 of NBA games is Bet$3.65 will almost always have a higher total than Pinny, which is good if you like the under.
I suppose you could test it easy enough, look at an odds feed ( SBR I think has them) then log in to see if it matches. I use them a bit, don't care if they deal dual lines or not, if I like the line, I'll play it. They pay free and fast which I like. I use them mostly for same game NHL parlays.
