Suprised to see very few plays on Detroit. Kenny (rock em sockem) Rogers on the mound..

I will be on them, this is more for a play against KC. New year same crappy team.

I have my beloved Brew Crew shirt on and ready to see what can happen. I played Milwaukee but not too large as Pittsburgh ALWAYS plays the Brew Crew tough throughout the years. I can almost smell the Brats and Beer from down here. I remember skipping out of high school and going to the opening day games. Great memories. Good luck to everyone. And can't wait for the first post tomorrow to say KC has been eliminated from playoff contention..:lolBIG:

Weather is typical opening day. But after a few brewski's who cares.

They have the retractable roof now so the game will be OK.

Big-you going to the game? I have yet to see the new stadium. I go back for my 20 year reunuion in July and hopefully will have the time to catch a game.

No, I haven't been to an opening day in several years (alot of memories tho)

The stadium is really nice, you will be impressed.

expecting rogers to have a shit year for detroit with injuries and underachieving. if im not mistaken, royals were a thorn in detroits ass last year. good luck with the play, hop it cashes for you.

I used to make some money fading Elarton, but he had a nice season in 2005. Could go back to his old gas-can ways in KC. Gonna sit on the sidelines here.

you are correct. The season series was 10-9 Detroit with KC winning the last 4 but Kenny was 3-0 with a 2.14 era against them last year. Hopefully he can pitch one of those games today.
