After last night I think Ill put a little more stock in ST performance.
While I do like the addtion the Sox have made its going to take awhile to mesh IMO.Entire infield is new and Curt Schilling is still old.Texas, despite the losing ST record, were second in HRs during the spring.Texas is home for the opener,something that hasnt happened in 5 years (lost 4 of 5).Millwood is solid and is much better than Schill in his present form.The Red Sox come in losing thier last 5 openers.They did not look very good in ST IMO.Ortiz did his thing in the WBC but the Sox team I watched this spring left alot to be desired.I think theyll be good as time wears on.
