This is probably another one of those cases where they keep billing you til you cancel...the same thing happened to me on MLB .com, billing me after the season ended!

Thanks for the reply. Now that you mentioned MLB.com last year, I do remember that I got charged for a few month extra.

Thanks again.

CSTV continued billing me for a subscription to watch some college football games live online. They continued billing for 3 months AFTER I cancelled the subscription. And I cancelled it 3 times!!!

So watch out...

My remedy -- I went to the CSTV website and got numberous e-mail addresses listed on their website (Marketing, Sales, Communications, Technology, etc., etc.). Then I went to the 'About Us' section, and got everyone's name (CEO, COO, Founder, President, Vice President, etc., etc.) in Management and sent an e-mail to them as well. By the time I was finished, I sent a harsh e-mail to approximately 30 people at CSTV (including executives). And only 1 e-mail was bounced, so I know they received it. Needless to say, I received a response within an hour from sending that e-mail.

they figure most won't take the time to do all that...so many of these dot.com company's do this, somewhere hidden on the website you will mistakingly agree to be billed until you cancel...and even then they still will try and charge you.

Thanks for the advice. I just filled out this online request form that they have. I don't think that will be enough, prior to submiting, it already sent me to an FAQ site. So in other words, they don't want to deal with your questions. I'm going to do what you did. Thanks again for the advice.

you got to go over your statements with a magnifying glass, they make the bills complicated too...sneaking charges in.

You're right, I don't recall paying $12.04 during the season. It's an odd amount.

MLB.com (audeo) bills for the season at 14.95
It's a very good deal in opinion. All Games with home / away offered. You have to cancel or they rebill you next year. Which is strange to me...I still have not been billed for this season despite receiving an email they would bill me in mid-March.. No billing as of yet. Still listened to the Preseason games..Probably they're running behind.
