Roger Clemens had dinner last nite with Red Sox GM Theo Epstein and pitching coach Al Nipper, also was in Sox clubhouse this AM for 45 minutes with Sox owners and several Sox players.
Clemens also mention to a Texas reporter that his wife had tears in her eyes at the prospect of Rog coming back to Boston and mentioned that his kids were warm to the idea of coming home.

EVERYONE wants him.

That being said, like most prima-donnas he needs his balls rubbed. In his mind, that is RESPECT and that is FEELING WELCOME.

Boston to win the division at almost 3-1 would look very promising with the Rocket in the rotation.

Clemens sitting in the front row at the Red Sox game in Arlington - don't know if that means anything though!

I have to agree. I liked him in his last year with the Yanks, it always meant the sox -2.5 was a safe bet.

I dont want to see him in a sox uniform, it just wont help.

you guys are nuts if you think Clemens is washed up. What was his ERA last year?

Good news for Red Sox today is that Schilling looks like 2004 Schilling not 2005 Schilling. If Schilling pitches well over 91 season wins will cash easily.
