Last minute I know - Sorry....but I like this play...

Tampa Bay +110

A little trend to back it up...Play Against - All favorites with a money line of -110 or higher (BALTIMORE) - first 12 games of the season, non-playoff team from prior season who won their last 3 games, team that had a losing record last season.
(28-7 since 1997

I am trying to understand the trend. So we go back to last year and see that Baltimore won it's last 3 games and factor that into this trend?

IS,

Yes - basically it's taking teams that ended the season on a good note and fading them as favorites to start the next season - they were basically an average team last season as well....weird yes - but it works...

Bizzare..but OK. It doesn't seem to make sense. Teams change over the offseason. Teams also play their minor leaguers at the end of the season.

Good luck with that. I actually already have Tampa for the first five innings. They are up 2-0 already. Maybe you have something. LOL
