Soriano was safe. The catcher was juggling the ball and even still didn't get the tag on him, he got his hand underneath. Ump fucked that up.
Still, he probably should've stayed at 3rd. But it should be 3-3 right now. The Nats situational hitting has been pretty poor today, stranding runners left and right.
