It depends on what time zone you have set you user cp controls. You can go there to change the time zone.

Since I live on the BEST Coast NOT the Least Coast I have it set to Pacific - which is a sports fans' dream come true. ALL games are over at a reasonable hour and when we go to bed we know EVERY score that day
