He really needs to work on his offensive game before going to the NBA. He has virtually no face up game. Hell of a defender (especially off ball) and rebounder though and has ton of potential.

I'm sure he will now be getting as much ace as he can handle

I agree about his game. He really has a limited offensive game. A weak jumpshot and terrible form. However, he is great defensively. He blocks a ton of shots and changes many other ones. I think he can use another year in college before heading to the NBA.

His form and jumpshot definitely need work but in addition to his stellar defense, rebounding and shotblocking he is an uncommonly good passer for a big....probably better than 90% per cent of nba 4's and 5's in that category right now...throw in the excellent court awareness and great attitude and hes probably played himself into being the #1 pick in the draft....so even he says he wants to come back there will be enormous pressure to declare

Joakim has zero face up game..his jump shot has poor form, hes gonna get that blocked in the NBA unless he raises it up higher.

Could be Amare-esque just in terms of athletic ability, dribbling, running the floor for his size.
