Wanted to get these up early, with only 1 game going tonight and already a winner I had alot of time to look things over for Tuesday. Hope everyone is enjoying America's greatest game, and life is flat out just a little better when its baseball season. Let's keep the winning ways and avoid the dreaded bad beats for a while...lol. x = 1 unit.

White Sox -143 x

Angles/Mariners over 8.5 -102 x

Red Sox +103 xx

Yankees +103 xx

Twins +111 xx

Braves -128 xxx rated...hopefully Smoltz can pitch 7 or 8 innings and that dreadful bullpen will not have to perform too much. Like this price for this team who has alot to prove and a pitcher who is still among the leagues elite.

Good lcuk!!

Dude, honestly I am so bad at quoting % and things from the past, but several ppl do keep track of that sort of thing and its somewhere between 60-70%...I just take it a day at a time though!!

I dont know about that Braves bullpen MAXX. I guess you Philly fans are smelling blood right now. The Braves pen does not have 1 single reliable arm. Reitsma is a total joke for a closer. They are going to have to trade for someone soon. They almost blew an 11-5 lead today!!!!!! and that was no fluke.

Why not play the Braves on the 5 inning line then........does that make sense or no?

My post had nothing to do with questioning his pick ger379. It was just a post between 2 forum friends talking about baseball. Hes a Philly fan and im a Braves fan. They both play in the same division and they are both picked to finish 1st or 2nd.

Good luck on your Braves pick. I certainly hope you win that play.

Sorry I didnt mean to imply that at all........I was wondering if that was an appropriate strategy in the situation........I'm not all that familiar with 5 inning lines and was curious

Maxxx, like the white sox as garcia is usually "lights out" in the day games.

Lots of pushes on 5 inning plays. Never made a bunch of those in the past.

My have to start if Im ever going to put good money on the Braves.

I wish the sportsbooks would offer first 7 inning bets. I would feel much better about that than 5 innings. Too much variance in just 5 innings.

My thoughts exactly, but only risking for 1 unit cause -143 is just about at my limit. Hardly ever play anything above that!!

One of the things about watching baseball and following the sport for years is these little peices of info we pick up...My sole reason for taking the Red Sox today is because I know how inconsistant Padilla is and feel that if Boston gets to him early, they should be able to feast on the horrible Texas bullpen!!

One of the biggest mysteries to me this off season, was the Braves lack of aggressivness in trying to better their bullpen. Did they think last year horrific bullpen was an abarition? I think Braves fans are in for a tough year due to tons of late inning meltdowns...they may have the worst bullpen in the league coupled with one of the best starting rotations...puzzling!!

Good question, I guess my answer is I really don't put much stock into anything other than playing full games...there are a ton of ppl at therx that would disagree, but i really don't play props of 5 inning plays...having said that I think Maxdemo won 100+ units last year playing mostly props. I am not against it, I am just not very good at it!!
