Want to go see the Jays and RedSox play at Fenway next week. Any recommendations for Ticket Brokers? I found a site called ticketsnow.com and seem good but there are so many out there....anyone have good or bad experiences dealing with these type of sites? Looking to stay close to the park and found a Holiday Inn less than a mile away in Brockline...

Any help or recommendations appreciated..thanks gang! :smoking:

DO NOT use ticketsmyway.com. I ordered Habs tickets a few weeks back and never received them. No answer to emails or phone calls. They charged my card though. Easy to chargeback but it is a headache.

Oh, and you are most likely better off buying off the street. The tickets we got were 1/2 the price at the arena from a scalper and were one row ahead of the ones we originally ordered online.

thanks peteep, want to try the broker thing to get tickets in hand before getting there, especially with the size of the stadium, opening series ..etc.. tickets must be at a premium in that town.

www.stubhub.com

I use this site to sell my season tickets for basketball whenever I am not using them or don't have someone that wants to go. I think that is who mainly uses the site to sell tickets. A wide variety of seats available normally.

Stubhub is a great site for buying because the seller does not get money until the tickets are in the mail. I would highly recommend this site for the buying of tickets. As for selling, not that you are, but it blows

stubhub is my new favorite place. great selection and i think the best prices. i usually scalp my way in to sporting events but when i am going to travel for the game i like to have my tickets so that i can catch a buzz and not have to sweat it.

Stay away from right field box seats. Since the seats face the bullen, you'll get a very sore neck from turning you head to watch the game. I have not bought tickets of the street for years, but in the past, they were assholes.

I have bought from stub hub and it was a easy transaction.

is there a forum or message board where we could sell/buy/trade various tickets at face value and no fee? just a buddy ticket exchange type network. i have tickets for an event but rather sell to a person at regular price than go through the broker deal. we both could benefit without the middle man.

Craigslist. Just post in the city you want. Just a big community classifieds.

I've always had better luck just buying them on the street.

Not sure why, but I prefer to get gouged by the street level scumbags rather than the corporate ones.

TTinco does that apply to hookers on the street as opposed to escort services??
