I know he has an amazing day time record and the White Sox used him as much as possible during the day in the last season and a half...

Anyone know the exact record?

Anyway, White Sox -140 is my play today, Westbrook was 0-4 vs Chicago a year ago too..

Is there any logical explanation to why he had success during the day?

If not there's no point basing a play solely on this statistic.

That was 2 years ago...5-3 last year.

2004 he was 9-0.

2-0 vs cleveland last year and Westbrook was 0-4 vs the sox too...

Basically numbers look good for the sox here. Aside from the fact that they looked so solid sunday night.

Some of my friends are on the Sox but I laid off. I can see the Sox getting a 2 or 3 run lead after the 5th which is about when post pitchers leave. Then, a bullpen collapse by the Pale Hose isn't exactly out of the question. Scared me off.

Cleveland is the one who's bullpen imploded on Sunday. Not the White Sox.

Garcia is 7-4 when starting against the Indians with an ERA of 3.22 and a WHIP of 1.326.

That has nothing to do with today's game since Sabathia left in the 3rd with his injury. Most of those "bullpen" guys weren't any sort of measure of Cleveland's actual pen since those guys rarely see playing time.

Cleveland has one of the strongest pens in the game. White Sox's is average at best due to injuries and Jenks' ineffectiveness so far.

If chicago has any weakness it's bullpen....Thome being back is huge.

And they improved in the offseason...

I honestly see no reason why they won't have a top 5 bullpen. If you have info I don't, feel free to post it but in my opinion they should be top 5.

Chop doesn't win 100% of his plays. If someone had taken the BoSox last night and won, would you still be calling him a fool? Because Chop took the Rangers and they lost.

People's opinions will differ on games. I don't think anyone is a fool, no matter who they're betting against. Chop is great, but until he hits 100%, no one is a fool for betting on a team he's betting against.
