it's hard to answer your question without knowing what books you've already tried.
jamaica offers a 20% sign-up bonus and has dime-lines in MLB....they're NBA lines aren't anything special though.
the other decent MLB books (WSEX, 5Dimes) i don't think offer any sign-up bonuses.
bowmans has a 15% sign-up bonus but you won't find too many good lines, aside from a decent dog line every now and then.
olympic has a 21% sign-up bonus but they use 20-cent lines for MLB.
VIP and WWTS each offer 20% bonuses and have dime lines too...
i haven't tried either of those last two yet, but i plan on bonus whoring them later this spring when i get the time.
