Rings on hand
The Astros will receive their 2005 National League championship rings in a ceremony prior to tonight's game.
"Just seeing it in spring training was something that was pretty special," second baseman Craig Biggio said. "We wanted the winning one, and hopefully we can turn that around and maybe get one."
Even newcomer Preston Wilson, who never has played on a team that has been to the playoffs, is looking forward to the ceremony
"I'm excited to see them get their rings and show it to me so I can see what it looks like and hopefully get a chance to earn one myself," Wilson said.
Roger Clemens, who was attending Monday's game in Arlington as a guest of Texas Rangers owner Tom Hicks, will be on hand to collect his ring.
