Mansion

Could someone (moderator) please tell me how I should go about posting a big issue I encountered with Mansion today. I am a longtime lurker on here (and HUGE promoter of theRX) and I know I have read about others problems with books. I dont want to explain my problem publicly until I have information on how the moderators would like me to do so. Thanks a lot for your help.

ok, this was the deal. I placed a 780 wager on UCLA approx. 2 days ago (via the exchange). Yesterday when I got home from work I log onto my account and it says my bet was cancelled and my money was returned to my account. I am pissed because the line now has dropped from 1.5 to 1 but oh well, I figured I must of done something because I am new to the exchange. Anyhow, I place 1000 more on UCLA (which i would not have done if my other bet was live). Game is a loser and last night at 3am i log onto my account and everything is straight. I place all my money in action today and mu balance is zero. I get home from work today, log onto my account and my balance is -780. Not realizing what had happened, I call customer service to enquire. They give me a manager who tells me that "someone pressed a wrong button and caused my original bet to be cancelled" so during the day today they went back and made the bets count. He tells me "well you would have been happy if you won" WTF. This is ridiculous. I am waiting for them to resolve, so they may still make it right.
what do you guys think?

clip, i wanted to wait but no mod is responding and I am so pissed I can barely keep my mind straight, However, I will stress that I have never had a problem with MANSION before and they may still resolve the situation for me.
funny thing is my bet is still listed as cancelled.

Only one solution they must bring your balance back to zero and if you would have won the bet, pay you the $780 too.

They made a mistake, so they have to pay for it!

you get these locals in mid mangement postisitions from 3rd world countrys, they cant change it, try to get upper mangement americans.

No doubt. Their mistake, they should pay. I am certain this will be resolved in your favor.

This doesn't change my opinion of this book though. Still top notch.

My friend had commented to me about being happy to have his wager on Florida -1.5 +103 cancelled since the line had moved to -1. I figured maybe his offer just didn't get matched, but no, it was cancelled. (only cancelled wager in the history and has had offers not get matched before) Just checked to see if he was credited w/ a winner for the cancelled wager but he wasn't. It remains cancelled.
