People, Stay Away From Pokerroom.com....they Lie And Cheat And Steal....and Quite Possible Use Bots At Their Tables. Something Has Happened To This Website Because They Used To Be Ok. I Requested To Cash Out The Remainder Of My Money Last Wednesday. They Tell You That It Takes 1 Business Day For Neteller Cashouts. I Week Later They Still Havent Even Looked At It. All Their Customer Service Tells You Is They Will Get To It Today. But They Never Do. Been Going Through This For A Week. The Reason I Am Cashing Out The Remainder Of My Money Is That I Went To Bed Last Tuesday Night With 870.00 In My Account And Woke Up Wednesday With 734.00 In My Account. They Are Still Looking Into It Supposedly.

I Also Play At Paradise Poker And Poker Stars And Never Have Any Problems Whatsoever.

More and more sportsbooks are using them as their poker room with the sportsbooks name on the poker room. I don';t think that CRIS, one of more credible sportsbooks out there...would lend their name to a poker room that is up to nonsense. They use the America's Card Room label for Poker Room.com. If you enjoy the site otherwise, take your money over to ACR or Carib or PST Poker, as they all use Poker Room. I think that Canbet.com also have changed to their poker room. It should be easy enough to trace where your money went. If you've taken a bad beat, don't blame it on the bots. Why don't you try downloading one and see if you can get into their poker room with one. That should tell you a lot shouldn't it? Do you drink when you play poker? That could account for the missing money.

Just to answer your questions,yes they are using bots,all the small rooms use them to get started,you are not the only one with this problems.A few of my friends are having the same problems.Its only a matter of time before the ma and pa shops close.STAY AWAY.There is a lot of monkey bussiness going on with these poker rooms.BEWARE.

LOL, DRINKING AND POKER DONT MIX. IVE BEEN PLAYING ONLINE POKER FOR 6 YEARS, MAINLY WITH PARADISE POKER, AND HAVE NEVER COMPLAINED ABOUT A BAD BEAT. I AM COMPLAINING THAT IT HAS ALREADY TAKEN A WEEK FOR A NETELLER CASHOUT AND THEY STILL HAVENT PROCESSED IT YET. THAT IS A JOKE. tHEIR WEBSITE SAYS 1 DAY. TRUST ME....CRIS AND THESE OTHER PLACES THAT ARE USING POKERROOM WILL SOON FIND OUT THE HARD WAY AND WILL END THEIR RELATIONSHIP WITH POKERROOM SOON ENOUGH.

NOw after being on hold for pokerrroom.com for 25 minutes, they told me that their site has been experiencing problems this past week. They didnt want to tell me this days ago. Of course they can still take deposits with no problems and their is no problem with them making rake at the tables. Only with cashing out....how conveniant.

So it is going on at least 8 days for my neteller cashout.....and counting!!!!!
