is it true about Pinnacle???

friend of mine said he read a letter from pinnacle to its
players that they have done away with credit play ,wont be so early putting up lines in some sports, wont be dealing 8 cent lines ,etc ..
he said he read on some gambling website i thought he called it sga or something?? wondering if anyone had heard this? They do seem to be careful with nascar and golf lately doesn come out til late.
