Just wondering.

Might be a good alternative to the PM issue some people want. You need to talk to someone, meet them in chat.

#1 - to be honest no there has been no discussion of late for a chat room at The Rx... I can add it to the wish list I have going for new additions.

I remember one Saturday during football season when the forum portion of the site went down before the new system was in place and a few of us ended up in the chat room discussing the upcoming games. Actually it was a lot of fun chatting directly.

You could make the posters have to log in with their RX handle and password in order to chat...that'd solve that problem.

thats how we used to have to log in ..

i asked this same question about 1 year ago ...

my reasoning was it would be a great place if you listed a game of the night and people who had an opinion on that game could try and come to a consensus pick .

they had a chat one night with dave cokin . it was actually pretty interesting . he seemed like a good guy .

Long ago when that chatroom was here. I think Clevfan and me and very very few others would log in with the correct name also.

If they get another one, i think you should have to use your poster name.
