Word in Boston is that Foulke is shot. His velocity is down and his knees are bone on bone. I drafted Papelbon in hopes that he would be the closer soon. A lot of Sox fans think that will be the case.
One scout thinks the Boston Red Sox should be nervous about RP Jonathan Papelbon heading into the season, according to ESPN.com's Jayson Stark. "I'd be nervous about him if I were them. I don't think he has a good feel right now for what he has to do to be successful. He's trying to regain the velocity on his fastball, but what he's really got to do is develop a better secondary pitch. His fastball isn't anywhere near what it was. It's very hittable," one scout stated. 2011-03-24 11:24:21 | Source: ESPN.com - Jayson Stark
