Does my account have to funded for me to get a refferal from a book?

A friend wanted to play some Masters props, the best odds were at a book that I have played with, but not very recently. So I sent hime there. He said he used me as a referal, just e-mailed them to get my account#.

My guess is that this is about a 50-50 dilemma...........depending on the book.

Think more than most will give you the referral even if your account is not active, assumming that you have at least played there before.

it MAY have to be funded....

I recently went through this with WagerWeb.....

they want to avoid BEARDING so what they do is they park the bonus (In Escrow) in your account.....

Next time you send funds they credit you the bonus.....

they do this to avoid people abusing the system (the SG did years ago) & collecting multiple bonuses.....

best thing to do is for your friend to call in with all details & for you to call in all details before any funds are sent.....

better yet, get it in writing through IM or email....
