I would imagine this would be a high profit margin area for most sites, so almost all books either have them, or will have them at some point...which is precisely why I don't play at any online casino...

Dont have a list, but it will not be long and they ALL will tap into that market. Sooner or Later.

Duck,

you are probably right as I have no clue how they all work...but with poker I'm assuming profit is guaranteed because of the "rake" and with online casinos, the edge is definitely with the house in all games (especially those done online)...that's the only comparison I was making in that compared to sporting events where anything can happen, casinos and poker seem to be a money maker for the books...

No doubt that the casinos are the cash cow, but poker is just another market niche to have a presence in. They both complement the sportsbook & should create some cross traffic.

From a marketing standpoint, how can you not have them?
