12-11 +$697.00 +6.9 UNITS YTD
1-4 -$522.00 Yesterday
Really bad day yesterday. Im ready to put that in the past.
First losing day since opening day. I have a good card that I really feel will get most of what was lost yesterday back today. If that does not turn out to be the case, we will do it again tommorow.

3) Philly -112 $336 for $300 TOP PLAY OF YOUNG SEASON
2) Angels +114 $200 for $228 KE/SC
2)Baltimore +102 $200 for $204
2)Cubs +109 $200 for $218 GM/JS
1)Whitesox -1 -140 $140 for $100 JG/JA

I was told that we cannot use MATCHBOOK in the tracker forum. So to keep things the same everywhere im going to post Pinnacles lines even though I played some of these games at better numbers with MATCHBOOK.

GOOD LUCK

No too early for a 5 unit play. I always play light the day after a losing day no matter what. I only have one 3 unit play on the board.

Best play out of the first 25. Not quite $500 material, but a super strong 3 unit play.

Hey Chop

My book doesn't offer -1, would you suggest ML or -1 1/2 on the White Sox?

You can use this formula and get an even better line than what Pinnacle was to offer in most cases. ILLINI taught me this trick last year and I love it. Once you do it a few times it comes easily. This is what I do. The only reason I posted the PINNY number is because its widely available and easier for the posters to read. And im not allowed to use this formula in the tracker room.

If you like -1, you can get a better line by betting some on the ML and some -1.5. Pinnacle basically rips you off by about 3 cents on every -1 line. It just takes a little algebra, but it's well worth it. Here is an example.

Pinnacle
White Sox (-132)
White Sox -1.5 (+164)
White Sox -1 (+111)

Instead of betting 100 to win 111 at -1, do this.
Bet $56.90 at -132 to win $43.11
Bet $43.11 at -1.5 (+164) to win $70.70.
If White Sox win by 1, you break even, just like the -1 line.
If they win by 2 or more, you win $113.81 instead of $111.
So, you get almost +114 instead of +111

You just have to know how much to bet on the ML, then bet all the would be profits from that on the -1.5 line. To figure out how much to bet on the ML, just do this.
Take 100/132=.7576
Add 1 = 1.7576
Take 100 and divide by 1.7576.
=56.90

why is matchbook not allowed in the tracker:icon_conf

Because they are a sports-exchange with sometimes non-widely available lines.

thanks for the picks....any thoughts on the over in the LAA/NYY game 9 seems to me to be too low given the lineups vs the pitching match ups.
Also what about Seattle with the kid on the mound?

thks

Chop,

Any reason why the Philly game is not a 4-5 unit play? I love them in this spot, they are going to pick up a win sooner than later
