Fantansy Baseball Question. CHOP can you help out a bit?

you seem to know a lot... this question is to help with my fantasy baseball team..

where do you get the lineup before games start? I need to know who to bench and who not to. Do you have a site where the lineups are up early? Thanks.

Starting lineups are not officially released until 30 minutes prior to each game, that is when they have to be in to the press box and the umps. Of course many sites anticipate lineups and who is starting based on past trends and current situations.
