By Midseason Mussina will not be in the rotation. I know he had a decent start the other day stats wise but he has almost nothing left. Chacon is now the pitcher that we all knew and loved in Colorodo. Chin-Ming-Wong will be remembered as a 1 year wonder. Torre does not know how manage a bullpen.

What is there to like? Sounds like the Texas Rangers of the late 90s to me.

I was saying the EXACT same thing to a friend of mine the other day. He said that with that lineup they always have a chance. I said they have no shot with that pitching staff and that I wouldn't exactly count on the offense to crank out runs on a consistent basis. Given their ages and injury problems, it just wasn't going to happen. When they did put up 9 runs there was a good chance they'd give up 10.

Of course EVERYONE was saying it last year as well when they had a horrendous. I said it then and I will say it now, THE YANKEES WILL WIN THE DIVISION. ENOUGH SAID!!

I am not a Yankees fan either, but last year I made a nice chunk of chane on that prop back when EVERYONE said that they were history!!

Everyone acts like the Yankees won the division by 20 games last season.

The Yankees came withen 3 games of missing the playoffs altogether last year. The only reason they pulled it out of there ass is because of Shawn Chacon who had a fluke 2nd half along with Aaron Small who also had a fluke season.

Chacon last year 7-3 2.85 (Not going to happen this year)
Small 10-0 3.20 :lolBIG:

If it were not for those 2 flukes that $250 payroll would have found itself watching the playoffs on TV.
