Granted those are impressive numbers, but don't forget it was against Kansas City (3 games) and Texas (1 game).

Would love nothing more than to see the "Motor City Kitties" do well this year. As a long time Pirate fan, will always have a special place in my heart for Jim Leyland. The early 90's were great. Haven't had a winning season in Pittsburgh since he left.......

Here we are THREE weeks later and the TIGERS still lead the Major Leagues in homers.

Every team in the AL has at least two...........the PHILS have a lonely one in the NL.

I'd say the two central divisions, with the lone exceptions of KC in the AL and PIT in the NL are respectively the best divisions in their leagues right now.

Most HR lowest ERA, maybe Detroit will support this team...amazing turnaround, MLB is ina transition stge IMO...teams like Cinn, Det, Cle, Chi, Hou, all playing well....this is what baseball needs.

They also smacked the SHIT out of Twins who usually has their #.......Unfortunately for Tigers fans they'll have ZERO chance @ playoffs with Indians and WSOX in their division

Those stats were after only 4 games played. They have 6 triples now through 26 games.

You are correct. Shelton has 3.

they have the LARGEST run differential in baseball and the best starting pitching (ERA) in baseball. Starting to get a little excitied
