I see Pinny has Phi -134 and LA +126....this does not seem right, Philly is winless and the Dodgers have been decent so far. With Lowe on the mound for LA I thought this would be a pick. Is Madsen any good for Philly? I have seen him before as a reliever and was not overly impressed
