After Tigers win last year, Phil had to slip on the jacket for Tiger. Tiger didn't even aknowlege Phil at the ceromoney. I thought it was pretty bush league myself.
He may have made up for it this year then. I heard him congratulate Phil twice as well as be the first to put his hand out. Nice job by Tiger with all going on in his life these days.
