finally a winning day yesterday. i added a unit to the dodger play like i said i would if the phils won game one. finally won with the bucs too. knocked my deficit down by a third. that is a step in the right direction. i will take it.
light schedule today, only have two plays.
atlanta -104 vs phillies (two unit)..............braves have always been a thorn in the phillies side, especially at atlanta. neither team playing very well right now, but phils really not playing well. how could you not take the braves at home at these odds? i just get the feeling the braves find a way to win this game. i am a phillies fan and i know to stay away from them right now. they are either a play against or a no play for me until they gets things headed in the right direction.
pittsburgh -134 vs la dodgers (one unit)...............i have been on the bucs all year long. i really think they are going to be improved this year. i have stated that throughout this young season. i am hoping now that they have their first win under their belt, they can build on that. it helps that we are getting zach duke as well. if he pitches like he did last year, you will not get them this cheap very often at home. dodgers played two yesterday and might be a little worn and having the early game today does not help.
as bad as i have been this year, no way both of these go down today. hopefully i nail them both.
