Jim Thome and his solo jack gives the White Sox a 1 to nothing lead over Detroit, top of the 4th. I think that was number 5 on the season for Thome. What a great acquisition for the ChiSox, eh?

The worst thing about it is the IT guys are back in their IT room playing doom and whatnot and they blocked MY shit........GRRRRRRRRR

It's funny, they have never said anything over the past 5+ years about that...streaming audio and video they get on me about as it takes up bandwidth and makes their backups run weird since my hard drive is always changing with the stream.

Don't know if it matters, but when at work I limit my outs to urls that don't sound gambling related...pinnaclesports, 5dimes, wallstreet, etc
never use anything like sportsbook.com, betjamaica, etc for this reason.

This sucks!

They probably have a T1 or a T3 connection. The streaming video is no worse than their playing doom online.

if they are playing just against eachother it won't take up bandwidth. but knowing IT guys (as I am one) they dont give a damn about the bandwidth they take up, they just dont want you to use their doom bandwidth.
