Berman's schtick is old, but at least he doesn't pretend to know baseball. Joe Morgan is the worst, always blabbering about crap and it becomes so obvious that most people on this board know more about the game than Joe Morgan, HOF or not...

Big Papi homers in every single game I am against him....I swear this guy is incredible....you just can't get him out cleanly....I feel 'lucky' when he goes down.

Well theres two terms I never thought I would find in the same sentence, Berman and thin.

Even my wife who doesnt follow sports has asked me on a number of occasions "Cant he come up with something new?"

Completely agree Fish.

Thank god for ESPN News, can get my sports scores and highlights without the fluff of "personalities".

Yeah I can see how someone would not like Berman but I definitely can see why people either hate or love when Vitale commentates a game. I don't find him that annoying really, depending on who he is broadcasting with.

My favorite announcer is Joe Buck though, his one liners are great.
