I like the under here. The weather online says that the wind is blowing in at 22 mph from left center plus the over is getting hammered so a good value bet on the under 9 here.

Good luck with your play though.

I stayed away from the total in this game. This is by no means a lock to go over.

We have, two horrible pitchers.. Florida's left handed bats are ridiculously terrible. and Padres right handed bats (outside of Piazza and 1 other) are ridiculously terrible. Top of that, the wind is blowing in.

I would not be surprised to see Brazelton have a good game today.

That is true...the bats are very cold as of now. Well I see that the home plate ump left with an injury. Don't know what it is just read it at yahoo.com

I didn't know all that about the wind. I agreed with 5Team, I almost ran over the wife and kids getting to the phone to play OVER when I saw Brazelton was pitching. Don't always work but I fade him and McClung religiously, lived in Tampa long enough to know these two up close and personal.

I agree with them though, even with the 3 run homer it's by no means a sure thing to go OVER. Still need 7 more runs to cash this ticket and these teams can go through long periods of not getting hits.....

LOL, they intentionally walk the 8 hitter to get to Brazelton and he smacks a two out double, LOL. I'll take it, 3-2 now.

7-2 now, the worst we can do is push on the total. I knew Brazelton wouldn't let me down, LOL.

Sports, I know what you mean, weather or some other reason has talked me off many winners in the past. Probably some losers too though. This one I bet immediately yesterday when the lines first came out, thankfully I didn't even know the wind was going to be blowing in as hard as it was, might have talked myself out of the play as well. I just have not liked what I have seen from either Brazelton or McClung, look to fade them every chance I get right now.

Brazelton is good for a fade everytime this season. I don't know how he's still in the majors. In his first game he gave up 11 runs in like the first inning. Today he gives up 8 through 5 innings. I watched some of the game and he has serious control problems.

He's 0-15 in his career on the road.

How there isn't a minor league pitcher in the SD farm system that is better than him beats me.

Brazleton=OVER and Brazleton=LOSER

this guy is on an incredible streak, keep these in mind if he is allowed to start anymore games this year:

Going into today's game all 8 of his Major league wins were at Tropicana Field while he played for the D Rays. Actually he is 8-8 lifetime there, not bad. But in his career, he was 0-13 in 16 starts outdoors, a result of allowing opponents to bat .357 off of him outside with 129 hits ( 20 HRs) in only 84 innings for a 9.25 ERA

today he was true to form with 8 runs allowed with 2 homers in 4 innings.
